Ingredients

  • 20 gr chickpea flour
  • 1 organic egg
  • 1/2 tea glass of water
  • Rock salt


Zakkum iç malzemeleri

  • 50 gr curd cheese
  • 5 gr pepper paste
  • 5 gr tomato paste
  • 5 gr walnut
  • 1 pinch of oregano
  • 1 pinch of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of cumin
  • spices


Mix the chickpea flour, egg, water and rock salt in a blender until it becomes a pancake batter. Make the pancakes in the pan to which you add olive oil.


Blend the oleander ingredients by hand or in a blender. Rub it into the crepe. Cut into rolls and serve.


It does not contain gluten, added sugar and added salt.
